Create an account, reset your password, and log in. If you have already applied for an ETC service or MTC card at the service center, after logging in, the account will directly display the services and cards you have, as well as the account balance. The website login account credentials are also similar to the mobile app.

You can log in to your account on the website, Mobile app or dial USSD code *819# to check your balance. Your balance is also displayed when you pass the toll station during exit. The toll station will display your vehicle information, the toll payment and account balance.
Download the mobile app. Log in using the same credentials with your website account. For a new user, register your account with the same details (Phone number, ID or PIN) used to apply for your ETC service or MTC card

The minimum ETC toll points are 490
- Do not panic
- Turn on your hazard light
- Evacuate all the people in the vehicle, and stand at a safe distance outside the barrier
- Place a warning sign 150m from the vehicle against the direction of traffic flow

- Carefully remove the OBU from the car. Alternatively, you can bring the car to any of our service centers to have it removed
- Bring the device for deactivation at the service center
- If you’d like to retain the OBU and register a different vehicle, the Service Center Staff can assist to make the modification under the same account.
- Dropping off passengers along the Expressway is prohibited
- Parking along the Expressway is prohibited unless the vehicle has a problem
- Reversals and U-turns are prohibited along the Expressway
- The designated speed along the Expressway is 80km/h, overspeeding is prohibited, kindly adhere to the different sped limits shown by the traffic signs.
- Littering along the Expressway will attract a fine from the relevant authorities.
- Do not use the emergency lane except in the event of an emergency.
